Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and executive remuneration programs aligned with company policies and market practices.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation structures.
  • Review and evaluate job grading, salary structures, and incentive schemes.
  • Support annual salary review, bonus, and executive remuneration planning.
  • Prepare compensation proposals, reports, and analysis for management decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal compensation policies.
  • Analyze compensation data and provide recommendations to improve reward strategies.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and relevant stakeholders on reward-related initiatives.
  • Maintain the accuracy and confidentiality of compensation and remuneration data.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and reward policies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Reward, Executive Remuneration, or Total Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and compensation structures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis); experience with HRIS is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Experience in large-scale or multinational companies is an advantage.
  • Mandarin proficiency is a plus, not mandatory
