About the job Payroll Specialist
Job Description
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, overtime, incentives, deductions, BPJS, and tax calculations.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HRIS/payroll system.
- Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor and tax regulations.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and support audit requirements when needed.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, and employees regarding payroll inquiries, attendance, leave, and compensation matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or compensation & benefits.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, BPJS, and PPh 21 taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
- Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
