Job Description

  1. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salary, overtime, incentives, deductions, BPJS, and tax calculations.
  2. Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HRIS/payroll system.
  3. Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor and tax regulations.
  4. Prepare payroll reports, reconciliation, and support audit requirements when needed.
  5. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and employees regarding payroll inquiries, attendance, leave, and compensation matters.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll administration or compensation & benefits.
  3. Strong understanding of Indonesian payroll regulations, BPJS, and PPh 21 taxation.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
  5. Detail-oriented, able to maintain confidentiality, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
