Knock Down Supervisor

Job Description:
1. Oversee and manage the daily "Port-to-Yard" Knock-Down (KD) logistics pipeline, ensuring seamless transfer, storage, and handling of disassembled components from arrival points to the designated yard.
2. Coordinate the customs clearance process, ensuring all documentation, import tariffs, and regulatory requirements are met accurately to avoid transit delays.
3. Act as the primary liaison between port authorities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal yard operations to optimize clearance and delivery timelines.
4. Monitor and analyze KD business operations in Subang, identifying bottlenecks in the port-to-yard flow and implementing corrective action plans to improve efficiency

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of solid experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a specific, proven track record in Port-to-Yard KD (Knock-Down) business operations (would be plus).
2. Hands-on experience and deep familiarity with customs clearance procedures, import/export regulations, and shipping documentation handling.
3. Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is required for business correspondence.
4. Full willingness to be permanently stationed or placed at the company's facility in Cilincing.
5. Strong organizational skills, sharp problem-solving capabilities under tight transit schedules, and the ability to lead local yard or logistics personnel effectively.
