Job Requirements

  1. College diploma or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Development, Computer Applications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of IT/IM experience; willing to travel when required.
  3. Strong logical thinking, proactive in identifying issues, and capable of working under pressure.
  4. Expertise in computer hardware/software maintenance and network troubleshooting.
  5. High execution ability, detail-oriented, dependable, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Mandarin proficiency able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking users, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Job Description

  1. Prior experience in warehousing & logistics preferred; responsible for company business-system administration, user-rights management and end-to-end issue coordination.
  2. Proficient in creating new system workflows and maintaining process nodes and permission matrices.
  3. Maintain and manage system servers, network equipment, structured cabling and monitoring devices.
  4. Administer wireless APs, LAN upkeep, on-site mobile-device troubleshooting; collect feedback and requirements from front-line warehouse & distribution staff.
  5. Support smart warehouse devices (PCs, printers, PDAs, barcode scanners, etc.) and understand the full system operation flow.
  6. Maintain the warehouse server room; perform upkeep, fault diagnosis and repair on servers, switches and wireless APs.
