Capacity Dispatch Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Monitor vehicle movement during transit through the GPS application to ensure smooth operations.
2. Verify and approve overtime task receipts, travel allowances, and resolve any related discrepancies.
3. Communicate effectively with area teams to handle abnormal cases and ensure smooth daily coordination.
4. Act as the control tower capacity to oversee operational performance and ensure delivery efficiency.

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in vehicle monitoring or control tower operations.
3. Skilled in using GPS tracking systems for vehicle monitoring.
4. Willing to work in a shifting schedule.
5. Previous experience working in Shopee Express or a similar logistics company is preferred.
