Job Description
- Develop and optimize the companys performance management system, ensuring continuous improvement in evaluation methods and processes.
- Manage the full performance evaluation cycle for all employees
- Design, improve, and implement the companys bonus and incentive programs, aligning rewards with performance outcomes.
- Conduct performance model analysis and establish a comprehensive KPI database to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide regular reports and insights to management to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Strong administrative and clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in handling performance KPIs or performance evaluation processes is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data input, formulas, pivot tables, and reporting).
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin), both spoken and written, to support communication and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to work with performance data and generate insights.
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
