Process Maintenance Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

1. Maintain, monitor, and optimize OA (Office Automation) processes to ensure smooth operations.
2. Provide technical and process support for internal teams regarding OA-related issues.
3. Assist in identifying and resolving system or workflow inefficiencies.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely process updates.
5. Prepare reports and documentation related to OA process maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin (Level 4 or above), both spoken and written.
   Strong basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office or similar tools.
3. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail in process management.
4. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate effectively.
5. Prior experience in process management, system support, or related roles is an advantage.
