Project Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) - Cilincing

About the role

Coordinate end-to-end customs clearance processes to ensure compliance and smooth entry/exit. Manage daily accounts, record-keeping, and financial reporting related to the Automotive account. Serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, customs agents, and client representatives. Track key project performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly status reports. Maintain regular, clear communications in Mandarin to fulfill client and partner requirements.

• Serve as the primary liaison between key stakeholders, customs agents, and client representatives
• Track key project performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly status reports
• Maintain regular, clear communications in Mandarin to fulfill client and partner requirements

About you

• Full professional fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken)
• Bachelor degree in any major
• Experience in account management, record keeping, and financial tracking is a plus point
• Exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Office suite for data handling and reporting
