Job Description
- Assist the Operations Department in daily communication and coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, including internal teams, vendors, and partners.
- Support translation tasks (Mandarin–Bahasa Indonesia–English) in meetings, documents, emails, and operational instructions.
- Attend operational visits and business trips across Sumatera to support project monitoring, issue handling, and communication needs.
- Assist in collecting operational data, preparing reports, and ensuring accurate communication of operational requirements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of operational strategies and process improvements.
- Provide administrative and communication support to ensure timely follow-up and task completion.
- Support leadership in bridging communication gaps and ensuring alignment between head office and regional operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors Degree in any major.
- Proficient in Mandarin (oral & written) — HSK 5 or equivalent is a plus.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English ability is an advantage.
- Willing to do frequent business trips across Sumatera (e.g., Medan, Padang, Palembang, Lampung, Banda Aceh).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work with data.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
