Branch Performance Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Monitor daily Pickup & Delivery (PUD) on-time performance and service level.
• Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps, delays, and root causes.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for process improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve service quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance pickup and delivery efficiency, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor key operational KPIs and ensure targets are consistently achieved.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• Proficient in Mandarin (minimum HSK Level 5).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret operational data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of data analysis is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
