Vehicle Operation Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

1. Route and Cost Data Analysis

• Conduct route planning analysis and continuously improve transportation data.
• Perform transportation lane efficiency analysis and cost accrual management.

2. Expense Management

• Manage various transportation-related expenses, including fuel and toll cost, and ensure timely expense reconciliation and settlement.
• Be responsible for vehicle settlement and transportation expense reconciliation.

3. Contract and HR Data Management

• Prepare and execute temporary transportation contracts in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate driver attendance and payroll-related data to ensure the accuracy and consistency of attendance records.

4. Supplier and System Management

• Monitor the timeliness of temporary vehicle deployment and coordinate with the Quality Control (QC) department and suppliers.
• Maintaining the accuracy of system records and operational ledgers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Placement in Cilincing, North Jakarta
