Job Description
- Coordinate closely with the Distribution Center (Hub) Support Team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Provide professional capability training to the support team, including SOP familiarization, performance standards, and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor day-to-day operational performance to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare improvement reports, insights, and recommendations based on data findings.
- Travel to distribution centers for on-site audits, performance assessments, and special improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the development of best practices, tools, and training materials to enhance overall operational capability
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in any major.
- Proficient in Mandarin (oral and written) to support coordination with internal teams.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics, operations, or data analysis is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and generate insights.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to travel for business trips to various distribution centers.
- High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
