Job Description 

  1. Coordinate closely with the Distribution Center (Hub) Support Team to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  2. Provide professional capability training to the support team, including SOP familiarization, performance standards, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Monitor day-to-day operational performance to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  4. Conduct data analysis to evaluate team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  5. Prepare improvement reports, insights, and recommendations based on data findings.
  6. Travel to distribution centers for on-site audits, performance assessments, and special improvement projects.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  8. Support the development of best practices, tools, and training materials to enhance overall operational capability

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelors degree in any major.
  2. Proficient in Mandarin (oral and written) to support coordination with internal teams.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in logistics, operations, or data analysis is a plus.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and generate insights.
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Willing to travel for business trips to various distribution centers.
  7. High sense of responsibility, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
