Finance SCM Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Responsible for overall accounts receivable (AR) settlement and contract management in automotive logistics
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and settlement processes
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (including finance and legal teams) to support smooth operations
• Manage and review contracts to ensure compliance and alignment with business requirements
• Drive settlement processes proactively to improve efficiency

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in finance, data, or related fields
• Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese + English or Chinese + Bahasa Indonesia; able to handle not only daily communication but also understand contract-related terminology and support coordination with Chinese and Indonesian finance/legal teams
• Data Handling Skills: Strong Excel skills; understanding of financial data logic and reconciliation is required. Basic financial knowledge is a plus
• Coordination Skills: Strong cross-functional communication and coordination abilities; proactive in driving processes rather than passively waiting for approvals (e.g., OA workflow)
