Job Description:
1. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure accurate inventory records.
2. Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for smooth operations while minimizing excess inventory.
3. Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
4. Maintain accurate inventory records in the inventory management system.
5. Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and optimize inventory levels.
6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
7. Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory management.
8. Generate and analyze inventory reports for management review.
9. Provide insights and recommendations based on inventory data analysis.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to inventory management.
11. Implement safety and security measures to protect inventory.
12. Address and resolve any inventory-related issues impacting other departments.
Job Requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in warehouse and logistics roles, preferably in spare parts warehouse and project-based settings.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with warehouse management software or WMS systems.
4. Good communication in English verbal and written
5. Proven experience as an Inventory Management or similar role.
6. Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
