Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate KPI-based incentives for the marketing area.
- Manage and analyze discount structures for VIP DSO customers.
- Assess and provide insights on the reduction in turnover of existing customers.
- Evaluate and determine the rate structure for acquiring new VIP DSO customers and converting competitors' customers.
- Conduct analysis on customer receivables to ensure financial stability and minimize risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support special sales projects and strategic initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- Minimal 1 year of relevant work experience in sales support, business analysis, or a related field.
- Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
