Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate KPI-based incentives for the marketing area.
  • Manage and analyze discount structures for VIP DSO customers.
  • Assess and provide insights on the reduction in turnover of existing customers.
  • Evaluate and determine the rate structure for acquiring new VIP DSO customers and converting competitors' customers.
  • Conduct analysis on customer receivables to ensure financial stability and minimize risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support special sales projects and strategic initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimal 1 year of relevant work experience in sales support, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Freshgraduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis tools, and CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
