Job Description
- Responsible for brand strategy planning, brand image building, and localized communication execution for the company in Indonesia.
- Plan and execute local brand events, public relations campaigns, social media operations, and advertising placements tailored to the Indonesian market.
- Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and the local Indonesian team to ensure the effective implementation of HQ brand strategies in the local market.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, user and customer feedback, and competitor dynamics in the Indonesian market, and provide actionable improvement suggestions.
- Manage localization of brand content (including ChineseIndonesian or IndonesianChinese translations), ensuring accuracy in language and cultural expression.
- Maintain cooperative relationships with local media, PR agencies, content creators, and platform partners.
- Participate in cross-functional projects such as marketing promotions and client campaigns to enhance brand influence in Indonesia.
Job Requirements
Language & Cultural Competence
- Proficient in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with strong Indonesian language skills.
- Strong cross-cultural understanding and coordination skills between China and Indonesia.
- Able to manage brand communications effectively in a multicultural environment.
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, New Media, or Business Management are preferred.
Work Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in branding, marketing, content, or communications, with a minimum of 1 year in a managerial role.
- Experience in brand management at a well-known company is preferred.
Professional Skills
- Solid understanding of branding frameworks, media relations, and brand communication strategies.
- Strong planning and creative abilities in brand strategy; commercial sensitivity and good judgment.
- Insight into business models, industry trends, and potential opportunities.
- Proven experience in product planning and marketing campaigns, with successful "0 to 1" project cases.
Local Market Knowledge
- Deep understanding of Indonesian culture and consumer behavior.
- Familiar with the content ecosystem and communication mechanisms of platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Marketing & Copywriting Skills
- Skilled in content planning and copywriting.
- Able to independently create branding materials, event proposals, and advertising scripts; creative and resourceful.
Data & Project Management Skills
- Strong analytical and logical thinking.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Capable of optimizing strategies based on campaign performance.
- Able to identify highlights in brand messaging and product promotion while maintaining consistent brand tone.
Communication & Collaboration
- Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Able to effectively align HQ and local resources to drive brand projects.
Accountability & Problem Solving
- Strong sense of responsibility and results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive in facing problems, able to make quick judgments and propose practical solutions.
