Senior Freight Forwarding Specialist

Job Description:

1. Engage with Chinese clients, understand logistics needs, and provide suitable solutions.

2. Coordinate freight forwarders in China and Indonesia for efficient services.

3. Obtain pricing and develop competitive logistics plans.

4. Track freight execution and resolve issues promptly.

5. Monitor and optimize transportation costs for profitability.

6. Mitigate supply chain risks for compliance and continuity.

7. Work with sales, operations, and finance to improve efficiency

Job Requirement:

1. Fluent in Mandarin & Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.

2. Bachelors in Logistics, Supply Chain, Trade, or related fields preferred.

3. 3+ years in freight forwarding/logistics; cross-border experience preferred.

4. Knowledge of shipping, customs, and Indonesia-China logistics regulations.

5. Skilled in coordinating, negotiating, and optimizing freight services
