IT Product Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) - Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement new IT products and services

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve existing products and services

- Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and manuals

- Train and support internal teams on the use of IT products and services

- Provide technical support to clients and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

- Work closely with the IT team to ensure products and services are running smoothly and efficiently

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into our products and services

- Communicate product updates and releases to internal teams and clients

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging strategies

- Participate in product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Fluency in Mandarin is required, as you will be working closely with Chinese clients

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or a related field

- Strong understanding of software development processes and IT project management

- Experience in market research and analysis

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing IT products and services

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Knowledge of logistics industry is a plus
