Fixed Asset Management Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university

- 1-2 years' experience in Fixed Asset Management

- Proficiency in handling inventory, data input, produce barcode by system, making report, database management

- Detail-oriented, result-driven, and deadline-focused

- Fluent in Mandarin (preferably HSK level 5)

Responsibilities:

- Manage fixed asset data and reports across all branches in Indonesia

- Centralized Fixed Asset reports for all areas, coordinate with Finance HQ for calculation of depreciation and accounting, provide complete data for GA Manager and Finance.

- Ensure accurate inventory updates and reconciliation, then go out to take inventory at each location (if necessary)
