Marketing Staff

Job Description

• Create and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance customer awareness and interest in J&T Cargo's logistics services
• Conduct market research to understand trends, analyze competitors, and identify customer needs to uncover new opportunities for both VIP and regular clients
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, agents, and business partners to drive sales and expand business networks
• Acquire new VIP customers and generate pickup opportunities from existing regular clients
• Proactively identify and address challenges related to marketing and sales activities

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or marketing; fresh graduates with a high school (SMA/SMK) diploma are welcome to apply
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Experience in field-based roles within business development, sales, or marketing is a strong advantage
• Willing to travel for business purposes
