Marketing Supervisor - Mandarin Speaker (Surabaya)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calculate KPI incentives for marketing areas.
• Determine discounts for VIP DSO customers.
• Analyze and address turnover reduction for existing customers.
• Set rates for acquiring new VIP DSO and competitor's customers.
• Monitor customer receivables and ensure timely payments.
• Conduct competitor analysis, including pricing and customer strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
  
• Have minimal 2 years of experience in logistics.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (preferred).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Placement in Surabaya.
