Legal Manager

Job Description:

1. Ensure the company's logistics operations comply with applicable laws and regulations related to transportation, warehousing, and trade.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements such as vendor contracts, service agreements, lease agreements, and employment contracts.
3. Identify potential legal risks in business operations, advise on mitigation strategies, and handle disputes, including litigation and arbitration when necessary.
4. Oversee legal aspects of corporate governance, licenses, permits, and regulatory filings to maintain the company's legal standing.

Job Requirement:

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in law,
2. Have minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries.
3. Strong knowledge of contract law, labor law, transportation regulations, and compliance in logistics-related legal frameworks.
4. Ability to assess legal risks and provide strategic solutions to support business objectives.
5. Have PERADI license
