Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) - Pluit, Jakarta

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin
2. 3+ years of warehouse management experience.
3. Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures.
4. Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to set goals, motivate and manage conflict.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.
6. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
7. Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
8. Exceptional time management and organization skills.
9. In-depth understanding of the industry and best practices for the efficient management of a warehouse.
10. Familiar with bookkeeping, inventory control practices, and logistics.
11. Comfortable using warehouse management software and another organizational computer (Microsoft) applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
12. Available to work extended hours. Physical strength, stamina, and ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.

Job Description :

1. Assist in ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations aligned with production schedules and targets.
2. Maintain accurate stock records and oversee inventory movements.
3. Support and participate in regular stock takes.
4. Recommend and implement system/process improvements.
5. Resolve or escalate warehouse issues as needed.
6. Prepare regular operational reports and statistics.
7. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security in the warehouse.
