Job Description:
- Assist the Venue and Equipment Manager in daily operations related to site and equipment management.
- Conduct nationwide travel to support the Manager in scouting and evaluating potential venues and warehouses.
- Assist in coordinating with landlords, property agents, and local contacts for site arrangement.
- Support the Manager in reviewing engineering drawings and monitoring construction or renovation progress.
- Participate in site acceptance processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Help prepare reports and documentation for site evaluation and setup progress.
- Act as a Mandarin-speaking liaison between internal teams and external vendors or partners.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in any fields
- Willing to travel frequently and for extended periods throughout Indonesia.
- Proficient in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above).
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
