Job Description:

  1. Assist the Venue and Equipment Manager in daily operations related to site and equipment management.
  2. Conduct nationwide travel to support the Manager in scouting and evaluating potential venues and warehouses.
  3. Assist in coordinating with landlords, property agents, and local contacts for site arrangement.
  4. Support the Manager in reviewing engineering drawings and monitoring construction or renovation progress.
  5. Participate in site acceptance processes and ensure compliance with internal standards.
  6. Help prepare reports and documentation for site evaluation and setup progress.
  7. Act as a Mandarin-speaking liaison between internal teams and external vendors or partners.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum bachelor's degree in any fields
  2. Willing to travel frequently and for extended periods throughout Indonesia.
  3. Proficient in Mandarin (HSK Level 5 or above).
  4. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
