About the job Employee Relations Specialist
Job Description:
- Build and maintain positive employee relations and internal communication.
- Ensure company policies are implemented effectively and in line with regulations.
- Manage disciplinary actions and handle employee complaints or grievances.
- Collaborate with the Legal team on labor law compliance and industrial relations matters.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
- Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 preferably)
- Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in employee or industrial relations.
- Solid understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
- Proficient in using Feishu(Lark) for coordination tools, those who hold the "Feishu Efficiency MVP Certification" are preferred
