Job Description:

  • Build and maintain positive employee relations and internal communication.
  • Ensure company policies are implemented effectively and in line with regulations.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and handle employee complaints or grievances.
  • Collaborate with the Legal team on labor law compliance and industrial relations matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (HSK 5 preferably)
  • Minimum 23 years of relevant experience in employee or industrial relations.
  • Solid understanding of applicable labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters.
  • Proficient in using Feishu(Lark) for coordination tools, those who hold the "Feishu Efficiency MVP Certification" are preferred
