Business Analyst Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

1. Gather and analyze data to identify trends and improvements.
2. Work with stakeholders to define problems, find root causes, and develop solutions.
3. Review processes and suggest optimization strategies.
4. Document and validate business requirements for new projects.
5. Present findings and updates clearly to all audiences

Job Requirement:

1. Having more than 1 year of work experience in Business Analyst / Operations Analyst, experience in logistics is preferred
2. Having good analytical and communication skills
3. Proficient in Excel, PPT and other support
4. Proficient in Mandarin
