Job Description
1. Provide direct support to the operational team in various regional branches, ensuring smooth daily workflows.
2. Assist the customer service team by handling inquiries and providing solutions, particularly for Mandarin-speaking clients.
3. Facilitate communication and coordination between head office departments and regional branches.
4. Help in the preparation and organization of operational reports and documentation.
5. Participate in on-site problem-solving and provide immediate assistance as needed in different operational areas.
6. Support the implementation of new company policies and procedures at the regional level.
Job Requirements
1. Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken) is a must, enabling effective communication with our diverse clientele and partners.
2. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; we value potential and a willingness to learn.
Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments, challenges, and team dynamics.
Willingness to be placed in various locations across Indonesia based on operational needs.
