Job Description:

  • Proactively acquire new freight forwarding customers and explore market opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate pricing, operations, and after-sales service for Chinese accounts.
  • Assist in managing project lifecycles (quotation to settlement) for profitability and on-time delivery.
  • Monitor order execution and collaborate with operations and service providers.
  • Guide team work, support training, and contribute to performance reports and process improvements.

    Job Requirements:
    1. Associates degree or above in Logistics, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred;
    2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the international freight forwarding industry, preferably with client development experience;
    3. Fluent in Chinese for communication with Chinese clients; English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency required;
    4. Strong business communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities;
    5. Proactive, able to work under pressure, and result-oriented;
    6. Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with freight forwarding or EDI systems is a plus.
