About the job Training & Development Specialist

Experiences needed:

  • Design and implement Training Development Programs aligned with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate and monitor Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skills Gap Assessments across departments.
  • Develop, execute, and evaluate the Annual Training Plan and ensure training quality assurance.
  • Measure training effectiveness and apply continuous improvement strategies.
  • Organize and participate in Talent Review Sessions and provide development recommendations.
  • Create, maintain, and update knowledge resources and development tools.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business, or related field.
  • Experienced in Leadership or Talent Development, preferably involving end-to-end design and implementation of Management Trainee (MT) Programs, Future Leader Programs, etc.
  • Experience in facilitating talent assessments, development centers, or succession planning sessions is highly preferred.
  • Experienced in Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Skills Gap Identification, and Individual Development Planning (IDP).
  • Strategic thinking with a strong passion for developing future leaders.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and able to work with stakeholders across different levels.
  • Growth-oriented, curious, and constantly seeking improvement in learning methods and culture.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office environment (Word, PowerPoint, especially with Excel).
  • Mandarin Fluency is Required.
