Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and achieve operational targets.
• Ensure on-time material delivery according to the production plan.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support regular stocktaking activities.
• Train and guide warehouse operators to maintain operational standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin (mandatory).
• Proficient in WMS, Microsoft Office, and inventory management systems.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
