Logistic Operation (Manado)

Job Description :

• Execute and monitor operational activities on-site in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure distribution, installation, or other field activities are completed on time and to standard.
• Act as a liaison between the office team, vendors, and customers at the site.
• Conduct site inspections, record findings, and report any issues encountered.
• Handle operational challenges on-site and provide immediate solutions.
• Prepare daily reports on work progress, issues, and additional requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards on-site.
• Provide feedback and suggestions to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum high school graduate;
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Has 2-4 years working experience in operational logistic. Previous experience in logistics company is a plus.
• Willingness to work in the field and be mobile as required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and able to make quick decisions.
• Able to work under targets and in a dynamic environment.
