Job Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll operations accurately and on time, including salary calculation, overtime, incentives, deductions, tax, and BPJS administration.
- Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle payroll administration for permanent employees, contract employees, and outsourced manpower.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external vendors regarding payroll and employee data.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and payroll-related reports for logistics operations.
- Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage payroll vendors and outsourced employee administration.
- Prepare payroll reports, analysis, and recommendations for management.
- Support payroll system improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industries.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor law, BPJS, PPh21, and outsourced manpower management.
- Experience handling large-scale and multi-site payroll operations.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and maintain high confidentiality.
