Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations accurately and on time, including salary calculation, overtime, incentives, deductions, tax, and BPJS administration.
  • Ensure payroll processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Handle payroll administration for permanent employees, contract employees, and outsourced manpower.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and external vendors regarding payroll and employee data.
  • Monitor attendance, leave, shift schedules, and payroll-related reports for logistics operations.
  • Review and validate payroll data to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Manage payroll vendors and outsourced employee administration.
  • Prepare payroll reports, analysis, and recommendations for management.
  • Support payroll system improvement and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industries.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor law, BPJS, PPh21, and outsourced manpower management.
  • Experience handling large-scale and multi-site payroll operations.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll/HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and maintain high confidentiality.
