Job Description

  • Calculate and monitor manpower costs (salary, incentives, etc.) across multiple departments
  • Analyze payroll data and identify cost trends, variances, and opportunities for optimization
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting of manpower expenses
  • Prepare regular reports related to payroll and manpower cost analysis for management
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of payroll data and cost allocation
    Support payroll processes and validation when needed
  • Develop and improve cost tracking systems, templates, and reporting tools
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations related to payroll and employee compensation

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a focus on payroll and data analytics
  • Fluent in English will be a plus point
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or any degree related.
  • Demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions and use metrics to improve HR processes.
  • High level of integrity, strong commitment, and a proactive, self-driven attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
