Gateway Supervisor (Palu)

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee day-to-day distribution operations in Gateway Palu, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products.
• Manage and lead the team, providing training and performance evaluations.
• Optimize logistics and transportation methods to reduce costs while maintaining service quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards in all distribution activities.
• Track distribution metrics and prepare reports, using data to improve efficiency and performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in leading a team.
• Strong experience in logistics and warehousing.
• Independent management experience.
• Proficient in using computer work software.
• Willing to be placed in Palu, Central Sulawesi, or any nearby cities.
