Timeliness Improvement Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Conduct daily and periodic timeliness performance analysis to identify delays and operational inefficiencies.
• Monitor data accuracy and trends, with strong sensitivity to abnormal or outlier data points.
• Identify root causes of timeliness issues and provide clear analysis-based insights.
• Follow up on identified issues in a timely manner and ensure proper feedback is communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the establishment of improvement mechanisms and track corrective actions to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for internal review and management reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting) and PowerPoint (presentation of insights).
• Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken; written proficiency is a plus).
• Strong logical thinking and analytical comprehension skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with data-driven problem solving.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills to drive issue resolution.
