Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:
1. Assist in operating an efficient warehouse system to meet operational needs, customer requirements, and achieve targets.
2. Ensure on-time delivery of materials according to the production plan.
3. Train new warehouse operators within the scope of duties.
4. Ensure inventory data in the assigned area is accurate.
5. Regularly assist in organizing and participating in stocktaking activities.

Job Requirements:
1. 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles with proven leadership skills.
2. Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a business-related field preferred; high school diploma required.
3. Proficient in WMS, MS Office, and inventory management tools.
4. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
5. Strong project management capabilities, including decision-making, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
6. Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
7. Willing to work in the Jabodetabek area.
