Planner Staff

Jobdesc :
1. Order Scheduling and Execution Schedule installation based on the order information confirmed by customer service
2. Match suitable installation master's according to region, skill, and number of people
3. Generate and distribute installation tasks Information Transmission and Confirmation
Synchronize with the installation technician
4. Follow up on key nodes: order receipt, departure, arrival at the site, completion of work
5. Exception Reporting Installation delays, inability of the technician to arrive on site, non-compliance of on-site conditions, etc.
6. Update the scheduling table and status table

Requirements :
1. 2 years of experience in scheduling/ operation support/ fulfillment support or related fields
2. Proficient in using Excel/ Google Sheet/ Simple systems
3. Familiar with instant messaging tools such as WhatsApp
4. Familiar with the management process of outsourced craftsmen
