Route Planning Specialist (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description:

• Oversee the execution of daily routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Monitor vehicle allocation and resolve any routing issues in real-time to minimize disruptions.

• Gather and analyze data related to route performance, including delivery times, and other route details to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

• Prepare detailed reports on route performance and provide recommendations for route adjustments or optimizations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

• Act as a liaison between field teams and management to address routing challenges and ensure smooth coordination during daily operations.

• Support the creation of new routes and modifications to existing ones, aiming to enhance delivery speed, vehicle utilization, and overall cost-effectiveness.

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree or Higher (Prefer Operational based in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or related field)

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• High-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Fluent in Mandarin

• Able to adapt in fast paced environment.
