Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales targets (revenue, shipment volume, customer growth).
- Manage and develop key (TOP) customers and acquire new customers.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective CRM, visit plans, and sales funnel execution.
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure fast onboarding.
- Maintain key customer relationships and minimize customer churn.
- Ensure service quality and coordinate to resolve customer issues.
- Handle pricing, gross profit control, contracts, and cross-functional coordination.
Job Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales management experience in logistics (LTL / express / courier).
- Experience leading a sales team of 5–20 people.
- Strong execution, result-oriented, and hands-on leadership mindset.
- Familiar with local market and has existing customer resources.
- Strong negotiation, customer development, and relationship management skills.
- Able to analyze sales data (revenue, volume, gross profit).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a plus.
