Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets (revenue, shipment volume, customer growth).
  • Manage and develop key (TOP) customers and acquire new customers.
  • Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective CRM, visit plans, and sales funnel execution.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and ensure fast onboarding.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and minimize customer churn.
  • Ensure service quality and coordinate to resolve customer issues.
  • Handle pricing, gross profit control, contracts, and cross-functional coordination.

Job Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales management experience in logistics (LTL / express / courier).
  • Experience leading a sales team of 5–20 people.
  • Strong execution, result-oriented, and hands-on leadership mindset.
  • Familiar with local market and has existing customer resources.
  • Strong negotiation, customer development, and relationship management skills.
  • Able to analyze sales data (revenue, volume, gross profit).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a plus.
