System Analyst (Mandarin Speaker) - Kosambi

Job Description

• Analyze warehouse operational processes and identify system improvement opportunities
• Gather and document business requirements from warehouse users and related departments
• Coordinate with China HQ teams, IT teams, and vendors regarding system development, enhancement, and troubleshooting
• Act as liaison between local warehouse operations and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
• Monitor Warehouse Management System (WMS) performance and ensure smooth daily operations
• Conduct system testing (UAT) and support system implementation projects
• Create SOPs, system documentation, and operational reports
• Provide training and system support for warehouse users
• Ensure data accuracy and system integration between warehouse operations and related platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years experience as System Analyst / WMS Support / IT Support
• Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS) and logistics operations
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken) is mandatory
• Able to communicate and coordinate with Mandarin-speaking teams
• Basic SQL/database knowledge is preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in warehouse environment
