Management Trainee Central Java (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Requirements:

1. Fluent in Mandarin (preferably HSK level 4 above).
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Bachelor's degree in any fields.
4. Good communication and logical.
5. Able to adapt in fast paced environment.
6. Able to operate basic Microsoft office software.
7. Willing to be placed in Jakarta for first 45 days.

Job Descriptions:

1. Participate in a rotational program in selected department, gaining experience in various positions with wide range of departments.
2. Assist managers with day-to-day tasks and projects.
3. Conduct research and analysis to support various initiatives.
4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
5. Provide administrative support as needed.
6. Develop strong interpersonal and communication skills.
