Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, and market research, ensuring all efforts align with the company's objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage compelling content for social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and foster audience engagement.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Create and implement branding initiatives, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Plan, organize, and execute promotional events, roadshows, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reach.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and maintain cohesive branding efforts.
• Oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials for both digital and traditional platforms.
• Handle additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or branding.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market research methods.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
• Proficiency in Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
  

Working Hours:

• Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
