Position: Khmer Program Coordinator

Reports to: Head of Student Affair

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Khmer Curriculum to ensure the quality of curriculum planning program
  • Participate in recruitment process of Khmer teacher both primary and secondary level
  • Collect and analyze students' achievements of Khmer Program including recommendations for improving learning needs
  • Observe the implementation of Khmer program and provide initiatives to strengthen the Khmer curriculum
  • Create an evaluation method that can monitor students' development
  • Prepare additional program for students who needed support in Khmer study program
  • Coordinate the annual evaluation of Khmer teachers with the class administrator 
  • Provide technical training to support Khmer teachers and class administrators to ensure that they are aware of the procedures and goals of the Khmer curriculum.
  • Communicate with key individuals to meet all requirements from the Ministry of Education on the implementation of the Khmer curriculum.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Khmer literature or education

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of teaching experience
  • Experience in coordinating Khmer language curriculum at the primary or secondary level
  • Better pedagogy at the primary or secondary level
  • Expertise in management, education, supervision, and leadership
  • Good communication in writing or oral in both Khmer and English 
  • Can use Microsoft Office, Telegram, Email
