Job Overview:

The ideal Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the logistics market, including freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain solutions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.

Sales Strategy Implementation:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Close sales deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Collaboration and Reporting:

  • Work closely with operations, customer service, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics services, including transportation, warehousing, and customs clearance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve operational efficiency
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Honest, dynamic and results-driven personalities
  • Fluency in Chinese is required
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
