Job Summary:

The Senior Finance Officer will oversee financial operations, budgeting, financial reporting and compliance for solar project. The role involves managing project financing, cash flow, financial risk, and ensuring adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements in the renewable
energy sectors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans for solar project
- Monitor project expenditures, cost control and variance analysis
- Collaborate with related parties to ensure financial stability of solar initiatives.
- Prepared monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct financial modeling for sola project such as ROI, NPV, IRR and payback period
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management
- Assist in securing debt and equity financing for solar project by working with banks and investors
- Manage loan covenants, disbursements and repayment schedule
- Optimize working capital and ensure liquidity for operations.
- Ensure compliance with Cambodia account standards, tax regulations and renewable energy policies
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and implement audit recommendations.
- Manage banking relationships, forex transactions and investment strategies.
- Monitor procurement costs, capex/opex tracking, and financial risk in vendor agreements.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or related field (MBC, CPA, ACCA preferred)
- 3-5years of finance experience, preferably in renewable energy.
- Experience with project finance, and energy financing models.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling.
- Knowledge of solar project economics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to work under light deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Mon - Fri (8:00am - 5:00 pm)
