Position: Technical Support Engineer

Industry: Electrical Manufacturing

Location: Phnom Penh, Cambodia

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Sales Team to understand customer requirements and to provide sales support
Supports Sales Team in pre and post sales activities in terms of technical support including like reviewing BOQ, design, technical presentation as well as resolve customer complaint.
Liaise with Regional & Group experts for technical validation, and project management purpose.
Uses company tools and procedures for troubleshooting, testing and commissioning, and maintenance
Participate in Companys internal or customer meetings as a Technical Consultant.
Contribute technical knowledge to assist on marketing matters, such as catalogue, price list, launching, exhibition setup, etc.
Be updated in terms of company products and competitor products present on market
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
Minimum 2 or 3 years in electrical contracting industry/environment
Strong understanding of construction business in Myanmar
Highly energetic and fast learner, able to absorb knowledge fast, on both business and technology
Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Independent as well as a team player
Good command of Burmese and English is a must - Excellent communication skills(written and verbal), internally and externally
Well-versed in MS Office and design tool like AutoCAD and etc.
Possess strong can-do attitude and work ethic
Ability to travel to oversea as monthly basis
