Job Overview:

The Operations Officer will manage daily operations, focusing on optimizing processes and improving efficiency. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement to meet organizational goals. The Operations Officer will be responsible for resource allocation, maintaining accuracy, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with sales, logistics, and other teams to support organizational goals.
  • Allocate resources effectively to meet business needs and project deadlines
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve operational workflows and performance.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
  • Continuously assess operations to ensure tasks and processes are carried out effectively.
  • Actively seek opportunities to enhance operational workflows, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
  • Foster collaboration across departments to address operational needs and optimize company-wide performance.
  • Assist in budget management, ensuring that operational costs are aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify potential risks within operational processes and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
  • Ensure consistency in operational procedures and quality control, maintaining high performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
  • Basic understanding of business processes and operational procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Working Hours:

  • Mon - Fri: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
  • Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
