Purpose of the position:

Investor Relations Officer is responsible to work with international financial institutions and social impact investors on long-term funding/borrowings.

This role would suit a hard-working, detail-oriented, responsible, and determined individual who enjoys exposure to the international community.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate investor due diligence activities. Including but not limited to planning, handling pre and post due diligence inquires, coordination with other internal departments, KYC and AML checks in order to ensure smooth approval process of the debt;
  • Participate in transaction closing process such as conditions precedent to disbursement and signing modalities;
  • Work on KIVA fundraising platform including proposal of Credo Bank client to potential investors in coordination with the banks branches;
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly investor presentations;
  • Ensure rapid and quality follow up on the regular and irregular investor requests on banks finance and business performance;
  • Support Investor Relations Unit with any ad hoc tasks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field;
  • At least one year of experience in finance, or at least one year of experience in investor relations/fundraising/capital markets will be a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • Excellent in Microsoft excel, word, pdf and power point;
  • Excellent coordination, problem solving and presentation skills;
