The Pool Company is seeking a highly qualified, motivated, and experienced team Foreman to join our commercial aquatics construction team. If you have a strong drive to achieve results, come join us.
Essential Functions
- Deadline driven and experienced in construction.
- Ability to lead the on-site construction team and be responsible for orderliness, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Able to travel to work in the state where the job is for six months or longer.
- Determine the method of construction, materials quantities, equipment, work schedule and document of hours worked.
- Monitor compliance with company and site safety programs, documents, and ensures corrective measures are implemented.
- Knowledge of standard construction software and management process.
- Completes work on time in a professional and competitive manner.
- Maintains positive relations with clients, general contractors, and the community.
- Communicates effectively with team members.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure success on the project.

- Have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Minimum Requirements
- Commercial construction experience preferred.
- Prior pool industry experience preferred.
- Possess good organizational skills and strong communication skills.
- Able to develop new skills and knowledge quickly.
- Resourceful and diligent in adapting to new situations.
- Must be able to work in and/or with an organized team.
Compensation is based on skills, knowledge related to position and previous experience. This position offers a competitive wage that is paid weekly and includes retirement plan, Health Insurance, paid holidays, sick days, and PTO.
