Key Qualifications:

  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  3. Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize organizational processes.
  4. Excellent communication in Arabic and English and interpersonal skills.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement processes, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices to streamline operations.
  • Assist with tasks such as budgeting, hiring, performance management, and strategic planning.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Set up filing systems and manage vendors, supplies and equipment.
  • Manage financial operations and assist Finance in budgeting, bookkeeping, and tracking operational costs.
  • Support the Program team in project implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
  • Manage employee relations, aid in recruitment, and handle human resource processes.
  • Logistics: Plan and manage logistics for events and programs.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, donor requirements, and regulations.
  • Ensure that good environmental, social and governance principles are integrated.
