Key Qualifications:
- Passionate about JOSA's values and mission.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and optimize organizational processes.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English and interpersonal skills.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement processes, identify areas for improvement, and establish best practices to streamline operations.
- Assist with tasks such as budgeting, hiring, performance management, and strategic planning.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Set up filing systems and manage vendors, supplies and equipment.
- Manage financial operations and assist Finance in budgeting, bookkeeping, and tracking operational costs.
- Support the Program team in project implementation and monitoring and evaluation.
- Manage employee relations, aid in recruitment, and handle human resource processes.
- Logistics: Plan and manage logistics for events and programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, donor requirements, and regulations.
- Ensure that good environmental, social and governance principles are integrated.
